All products on this site are under the Federal legal limit of 0.3% Delta 9 THC and grown and managed within the rules of the USDA. Hemp is defined by 2018 Farm bill as HEMP.—The term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.
On Thursday, May 19, 2022, the Ninth Circuit ruled that products that contain the hemp-derived cannabinoid known as delta-8 THC are completely legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, and are also entitled to legal protections under Federal law, including copyright and trademark protection.
Although all of Canna Comforts products are Federally legal in all 50 states, certain products are not shipped to states where explicit bans are in place. Each order that is placed is verified for legality and any products purchased that are not permitted in that state will be removed from the order and given a refund.
